BharatCares, in CSR partnership with one of India’s leading companies, is taking up waterbody cleaning, renovation, rejuvenation, and restoration work in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan.

Purpose

To Empanel and get into contractual partnership with vendors for Renovation, Rejuvenation, and Restoration of water body in Shekhasar village, Jodhpur District, in Rajasthan under a CSR Project.

Scope of Work

1. Removal of 25,000 cubic meters of silt from the lake's inlet to enhance water inflow, storage capacity, and overall water quality.
2. Transportation of excavated silt to farmers for use in agricultural fields, promoting sustainable reuse and soil fertility improvement.
3. Removal of invasive weeds along the lake’s banks to improve water flow, prevent regrowth, and restore the natural ecosystem.
4. Clearing and deepening of inlet channels to eliminate blockages and ensure smooth, unobstructed water inflow to the lake.
5. Building a durable outlet structure to regulate water outflow, maintain optimal lake water levels, and prevent overflow.
6. Leveling and stabilizing land along the lake’s banks to prevent erosion, improve safety, and prepare for further development.
7. Development of a safe and accessible walking track around the lake to promote community health and recreational use.
8. Planting native vegetation on the bunds to reinforce embankments and increase green cover
9. At least 3-4 years of experience of working on Infrastructure related projects and water related projects management respectively

Desirable Vendor:

10. Vendors having prior experience of working with government agencies/departments and big corporations will be preferred

11. A team of committed and well-trained engineers and staff for end-to-end project management nearby to the site

1. Tender will be finalized based on the Price bid (as submitted in the google link) opening procedure. "NO REVERSE AUCTION" will be conducted. Hence, please submit your lowest most comparative offer.
2. VENDOR HAS TO CONFORM TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (mentioned in the project location)
3. VENDOR HAS TO SEAL & SIGN EACH AND EVERY PAGE/DOCUMENT OF THE quotation.
4. COMPLETION REQUIRED: 04 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PO.
5. QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM DUE DATE.
6. ANY DEVIATIONS FROM OR ADDITIONS TO THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" OR "SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"REQUIRE SMEC Trust's EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. THE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS OR SALE OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS
7. This is only an EOI, not an order.
8. All quotations should be inclusive of complete installation, transportation, and GST charges, there shall be no additional hidden cost
