BharatCares, in CSR partnership with one of India’s leading companies, is taking up waterbody cleaning, renovation, rejuvenation, and restoration work in the Tumakuru district of Karnataka.

2.   Purpose

To Empanel and get into contractual partnership with vendors for Renovation, Rejuvenation, and Restoration of water body in Siddapura village, Haraluru Gram Panchayat, in Karnataka under a CSR Project.

4.   Scope of Work

1. Making of temporary water tank area within the boundary of waterbody
2. Transfer of water to temporary water tank with minimal loss of water
3. Removal of accumulated silt and debris along with cleaning of the waterbody basin and surrounding catchment area
4. De-weeding of waterbody by physical removal of the weeds or plant material from the water body either mechanically or manually.
5. Creation of a mini island inside waterbody to promote biodiversity
6. Strengthening of bunds along surrounding area by using silt or placing rocks/ boulders of appropriate size
7. Conduct a detailed environmental assessment of the waterbody with preparation of a rejuvenation master plan
8. Operation and maintenance of the water body for 1-2 years.
9. All materials should be of good brand with extended warranty and maintenance on each of the product
10. The bidder is free to offer/suggest proven technique with design, relevant calculations, implementation sequences/strategy to achieve goals (as per standard requirements) etc.
11. The quotation should be inclusive of all the charges i.e. (material + transportation till sites) + GST, along with the maintenance and warranty/guarantee of the product

5.   Desirable Vendor:

1. At least 3-4 years of experience of working on Infrastructure related projects and water related projects management respectively
2. Vendors having prior experience of working with government agencies/departments and big corporations will be preferred
3. A team of committed and well-trained engineers and staff for end to end project management nearby to the site

6.   How to Apply:

2. Company director’s PAN card and Aadhar card
3. Registration certificate of the company
4. GST Registration certificate

1. Tender will be finalized based on the Price bid (as submitted in the google link) opening procedure. "NO REVERSE AUCTION" will be conducted. Hence, please submit your lowest most comparative offer.
2. VENDOR HAS TO CONFORM TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (mentioned in the project location)
3. VENDOR HAS TO SEAL & SIGN EACH AND EVERY PAGE/DOCUMENT OF THE quotation.
4. COMPLETION REQUIRED: 04 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PO.
5. QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM DUE DATE.
6. ANY DEVIATIONS FROM OR ADDITIONS TO THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" OR "SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"REQUIRE SMEC Trust's EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. THE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS OR SALE OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS
7. This is only an EOI, not an order.
8. All quotations should be inclusive of complete installation, transportation, and GST charges, there shall be no additional hidden cost
