About the Organization

UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI), formed in November 2000, was registered in 2003 as a non-profit society to function as the Indian Country Network of the Global Compact, New York. It is the first Country Network in the world to be established with full legal recognition. It, also as a country level platform for businesses, civil organisations, public and private sector, aids in aligning stakeholders' responsible practices towards the Ten Universally Accepted Principles of UNGC in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti - corruption, broad goals including Sustainable Development Goals and other key sister initiatives of the United Nations and its systems.

About the Proposal

The UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI) has been implementing a project under the Siemens Integrity Initiative (SII) aimed at scaling up Anti-Corruption Collective Action (ACCA) to enhance transparency in the healthcare sector in India. The project focuses on price transparency, governance, and value-based care by engaging stakeholders from the public, private, and civil society sectors.

To showcase the visual journey of the ACCA initiative (Project), an animated video or short documentary-style video will be developed. This video will communicate the project’s objectives, impact, key milestones, stakeholder engagement, and success stories in an engaging and visually compelling format.

Objectives of the Video

The consultant agency/organization will be responsible for:

• Developing an engaging animated/visual video that highlights the journey, impact, and outcomes of the ACCA initiative.
• Showcasing the project's milestones, challenges addressed, and success stories in the healthcare sector.
• Visually narrating how collective action has contributed to reducing corruption, strengthening transparency, and improving governance.
• Ensuring accessibility by including multilingual subtitles (English & Hindi) for wider reach.
• Delivering high-quality production suitable for presentations, conferences, social media, and digital platforms.

Scope of Work

The consultant agency/organization will undertake the following tasks:

Content Development & Scripting

• Conduct a desk review of project documents, reports, and key findings from the GCNI Roadmap Report, Third Funding Round Agreement, and other relevant materials.
• Organize interviews/discussions with the UN GCNI project team, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to capture key messages and narratives.
• Develop a script based on project milestones, success stories, and key impact areas.
• Share script drafts with UN GCNI for review and approval. B. Storyboarding & Design
• Develop a detailed storyboard outlining the flow of the video.
• Design visual elements, characters, icons, and branding consistent with the project’s theme.
• Use motion graphics, infographics, and animations to explain key concepts effectively.

Storyboarding & Design

• Develop a detailed storyboard outlining the flow of the video.

Video Production & Animation

• Produce a 3–5-minute animated video or a short documentary-style video.
• Integrate live footage, interviews, or voiceovers (as needed) for added authenticity.
• Ensure high-quality HD/4K video production with professional editing.

Voiceover, Subtitling & Finalization

• Record professional voiceover narration (English & Hindi).
• Add subtitles in English & Hindi for wider accessibility.
• Incorporate background music, sound effects, and smooth transitions.
• Deliver final MP4/MOV files in different formats for social media, presentations, and broadcasting.

Deliverables & Timeline

• Project Inception & Script Development.
• Storyboard & Visual Design
• First Draft of the Video
• Final Video Submission (Including voiceovers & subtitles)

Eligibility

The ideal agency should have:

• Proven expertise in animated video production, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Experience in working with international organizations, NGOs, or government projects.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption, governance, and healthcare sector themes (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality animations, infographics, and impact storytelling.
• Technical proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
