About the Project

The education program stands as a prominent technology-driven education initiative by AIF. Its primary objective is to narrow the digital gap among students in underprivileged government schools in India, enabling them to not only adapt but actively engage in the digital economy. AIF's education program is committed to providing children in overlooked areas and underserved schools with access to top-notch educational resources. This initiative aims to enhance learning outcomes, impart crucial life skills, and equip students with 21st-century knowledge, preparing them for success in the interconnected global landscape and ensuring their readiness for the future.

Presently, the program is actively conducted across 35 states and Union Territories of India.

Scope of Work/ Specifications/Configuration:

The American India Foundation Trust (AIFT) conducted internal baseline assessments for five projects in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Chandigarh. The data was collected and encoded by the AIFT team. AIFT  is looking for an agency/individual to analyse the baseline assessment data and write the baseline reports, develop powerpoint presentations and/or other learning products.

Agencies/individuals are requested to share tentative cost estimates for:

1. Baseline data cleaning
2. Baseline data analysis
3. Baseline report writing
4. Baseline presentations
5. Any other learning products

Bid Submission:

Bidders are advised to submit bid online in Google forms link -

Technical bid and financial bid are to be submitted separately in separate link.

Following points are to be kept in mind while submitting the bids-

1. All Bid must contain the complete address of firm, including contact number/ email ID of the person who is authorized to submit the bid under their signatures.
2. All bids must be signed on all pages by the bidder. Unsigned bids shall not be entertained/ accepted.
3. Bids not submitted as per the specified format and nomenclature or ambiguous in nature will be liable to be rejected.
4. The interested bidders may submit their bid to AIFT on or before the time mentioned in this RFP Documents. Any bid received by AIFT after the prescribed deadline for submission of bids will be rejected and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
5. Financial bid should be prepared as per Annexure II given in the RFP Documents. Same is also to be uploaded in google forms too.
6. Bidders shall indicate their rates in clear/ visible figures as well as in words. In case of a mismatch, the rates written in words will prevail.
7. At any time prior to the last date for submission of bids, AIFT, may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective bidder, modify the RFP Documents by an amendment and publish the revised version of the RFP.
8. Printed terms and conditions of the bidders will not be considered as forming part of their bid. In case terms and conditions as given in the RFP Documents are not acceptable to any bidder, they should clearly specify the deviations in their bids.
9. NO conditional Bid will be entertained and will be rejected.

Proposal Requirements – Technical & Financial:

The technical proposal should cover at least below areas:

Applicant eligibility requirement(s):

1. The bidder organization should be registered as a legal entity for doing business in India. In addition, it should have all kinds of active licenses and permission for work the related Consultancy field.
2. The applicant must have a proven track record of conducting similar analyses for educational projects, preferably in STEM fields and experience in writing comprehensive reports on educational interventions and their impacts.
3. Proposals need to include CVs of key personnel, organizational credentials including data collection capabilities in specified geographies and detailed project-wise costing. Please include a Gantt chart showing timelines and dependencies as well.
4. B.    The proposal should include the following sections:
   1. Format and structure of the proposal
   2. Pricing details and budget breakdown
   3. CVs of key personnel
   4. Examples of similar work or references

Mandatory Attachments/ Enclosures of Technical Bid:

Bid must be submitted in English language only

For agencies:

1. Covering letter with reference of all enclosures or attachments
2. Copy of registration documents/certificate and most recent renewal as a legal entity.
3. License or permission, if any for doing business in computers.
4. Copy of Authorized dealership issued by the company (if any)
5. PAN & TAN Copy
6. GST Registration copy (If any)
7. MSME Certificate (if any)
8. Copies of last two years ITR.
9. Technical bid form as per Annexure I.
10. Signed copy of RFQ in each page.

For Individuals:

1)     Covering letter with reference of all enclosures or attachments

2)     PAN copy

3)     Technical bid form as per Annexure I.

4)     Signed copy of RFQ in each page.

Financial Bid:

1. A detailed budget in an excel spreadsheet reflecting all relevant cost heads and units will need to be provided.
2. All applicable taxes should be included.
3. A summary budget as per Annexure II will need to be provided.
4. It is to be submitted separately as per Annexure II. No conditional price is to be quoted.
