RFP for Developing Table-top of Green Field Nand Ghar

Anil Agarwal Foundation invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the design and fabrication of scale models representing the Nand Ghar initiative, a transformative project modernizing Anganwadi centers across India.

Project Context

Nand Ghar is a flagship social impact project of the Anil Agarwal Foundation, operating under Vedanta. The initiative aims to transform 13.7 lakh Anganwadis across India, impacting 7 crore children and 2 crore women. Currently, over 7,000 Nand Ghars are operational across 15 states, serving 2.4 lac children and 1.8 lac women through modern infrastructure and comprehensive services.

Project Scope

The selected vendor will design and fabricate detailed scale models of a greenfield Nand Ghar, capturing the initiative's innovative architectural features and modern amenities.

1 Physical Specifications

• Material: Polystyrene Plastic
• Dimensions: 14 cm (Length) x 12 cm (Width) x 10 cm (Height)
• Finish: Professional-grade, durable paint finish suitable for frequent handling

2 Required Features

• Detailed exterior architectural elements
• Functional representation of solar panels on the roof
• Precise reproduction of doors and windows
• Integration of Vedanta/Nand Ghar branding elements
• BaLA paintings on walls
• Accurate color scheme matching actual Nand Ghar centers

Deliverables

1 Design Phase

• Comprehensive study of provided reference materials
• Digital or 3D prototype sketches
• Design revision based on client feedback
• Final design approval documentation

2 Production Phase

• Fully assembled scale model including:
• Textured roof with solar panel representation
• Detailed wall construction with BaLA artwork
• Proportionate doors and windows
• Integrated branding elements (Vedanta and WCD Ministry logos)
• Professional paint application

Quality Requirements

• High-quality, durable construction suitable for frequent handling
• Precise attention to architectural details
• Professional finish with accurate color matching
• Secure attachment of all components
• Weather-resistant materials and finishes

2. Commercial Proposal
3. Company Profile
4. Past 3 year Financial Statements
5. Past work Experience documents
