RFP for ISP Partner for 5000 Nand Ghars

About Nand Ghar Project (an initiative by Anil Agarwal Foundation)  

India is home to over 13.7 lakh Anganwadi and the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) is one of the largest social initiatives by any government in the world.  

Anil Agarwal Foundation, under the aegis of Vedanta Limited, is developing 20,000 Nand Ghars in Rajasthan in 2 years and so far, we have developed over 7,000 Nand Ghars across 15 states, working toward achieving the aim of transforming the lives of 7 crore children and 2 crore women in India through 14 lakh Anganwadis.

Nand Ghar stands with our nation's unwavering commitment to eradicate child malnutrition, ensure access to education and healthcare, and empower women through skill developments initiatives

In this regard we are inviting organizations to submit a proposal for serving as an ISP (Integrated Service Provider) partner for our Nand Ghar project for 5000 centres. The project aims to enhance early childhood education, maternal & child health, and nutrition services through modernized Anganwadi centers.

RFP Brief Details:

• Number of Nand Ghars: 5000

• Intervention Duration at every NG: 06 months

• Contract Period: 02 years

• Geographic Scope: Rajasthan only

Documents Required:

1. Organization profile
2. Audited financial statements and balance sheet for the past 3 years
3. Technical proposal
4. Commercial proposal as per attached cost sheet
5. Refer technical evaluation criteria and submit your documents so that we can evaluate your proposal fully.

Selection process:

Step 1:

• Document evaluation
• Presentation

 

Step 2: Site visit (if needed)

Step 3: Commercial discussions

Step 4: Approval and Internal audit

Step 5: Signing of Contract
