Overview

We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, fabricate, and install a themed stall (NAND GHAR STALL) for the Jaigarh Heritage Festival 2024. The stall will showcase the Nand Ghar initiative of Anil Agarwal Foundation under the aegis of Vedanta Limited; and provide interactive experiences for festival attendees.

• Location: Jaigarh Fort, Jaipur
• Dates: December 28-29, 2024
• Installation Deadline: December 27, 2024 (end of day)
• Duration: 2 days

Stall Specifications

1Physical Structure

• Dimensions: 15 feet × 15 feet × 10 feet height
• Total Area: 225 square feet
• Basic Elements Required:
  • Platform with carpet covering (225 sq ft)
  • Back wall (225 sq ft, 10 feet height)
  • Side wall (150 sq ft, 10 feet height)
  • Thematic Façade representing Nand Ghar

2 Branding and Display Elements

• Fabric printed branding on walls/façade
• Blank Nand Ghar Wall installation (8 ft stencil)
• Cut-out letters for:
  • "Nand Ghar Bagaan"
  • "Art in Every Heart"
• Standees with wooden base:
  • 5 units (6' × 3')
  • 5 units (4' × 8')
• Banners: 5 units (12' × 8')
• Nand Ghar Scale Models: 50 units (15 × 18 cm)

3 Interactive Elements

• Selfie booth with mirror
• Custom photo opportunity cutout
• Activity spaces for:
  • Block painting area
  • Henna painting station
  • Rajasthani tribal tattoo station
  • Diya painting station

Materials and Quantities Required

• Printed leaflets: 500 pieces
• Decorative cubes: 2 units
• Handmade bags: 200 pieces
• Diyas for painting: 400 pieces
• Small bags for painted diyas: 400 pieces
• Rajasthani decorative props (assorted)

Documents required:

1. Technical proposal.
2. Final design or any edits agency would like to make.
3. Agency credentials
4. Experience working for similar projects and Vedanta / Anil Agarwal Foundation
5. Financial Turnover – last 3 years
6. Commercial proposal/ cost.
