Introduction:

Smile Train India is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free cleft surgeries to underprivileged children. We are seeking a qualified digital fundraising agency to partner with us on a comprehensive campaign aimed at increasing brand awareness, donor acquisition, and overall fundraising.

Company Background:

Smile Train India has a long history of transforming lives through cleft surgeries. We rely on the generosity of our donors to continue this vital work. While we are grateful for all contributions, retaining existing donors is crucial for our long-term sustainability and impact.

Project Objectives: Drive Donor Acquisition and Engagement:

  • Communicate the Gravity of Clefts: Educate the target audience about the prevalence of clefts in India and their impact on children's lives.
  • Highlight Smile Train's Model: Showcase our unique approach of partnering with hospitals, building local capacity, and ensuring sustainable cleft care.
  • Engage & Fundraise: Motivate the target audience to join Smile Train's mission and support our work through various donation options.

Goal:

1. Empower Informed Decisions: Educate the public about the prevalence of clefts in India, their impact on children's lives, and the transformative power of surgery.

2. Inspire Action: Motivate potential donors to join Smile Train's support life-changing cleft surgeries for underprivileged children.

3. Cultivate Loyalty: Foster a strong donor community through transparent communication and appreciation.

Proposal Presentation Guidelines:

Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation addressing the following:

  • Agency Credentials: Showcase your national and regional presence, expertise in digital marketing for non-profit organizations, and relevant team experience. Highlight past successes with case studies (if anything done for digital fundraising) demonstrating how you achieved similar KPIs for other clients.
  • Smile Train Strategy: Detail your proposed approach to address Smile Train's agenda, including the channels you would utilize, content strategy, campaign plan, budget breakdown and donation conversion. Outline your data analytics framework for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Timeline: Provide a proposed timeline for the project, including key milestones for campaign development, launch, and ongoing management.

Submission - The softcopy of the proposal should reach us through email at rjha@smiletrain.org on or before 12th August 2024, 11.59 PM with the subject line “ Digital Marketing Agency – RFP” .

Selection Process: Smile Train India will carefully review all proposals based on the outlined criteria. Shortlisted agencies will be invited for further discussions and presentations. We will select the partner who best demonstrates a strong understanding of our mission, a data-driven approach, and the ability to deliver impactful results.

Project Timeline:

  • RFP Submission Deadline: August 12, 2024
  • Shortlisted Agency Notification: August 14, 2024
  • Agency Presentations (if applicable): August 20 - 21, 2024
  • Selection of Partner Agency: August 22, 2024
  • On-boarding Agency: Last Week of August 2024
