1. ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Description of Tanager and history of operating in the country.

1. PROJECT BACKGROUND

Description of the project/proposal in about 4-6 sentences, including targeted population and project objectives.

2. ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY

This assignment involves creating detailed, step-by-step videos of the Paddy Crop process from the field. The videos will be stored both locally and in the cloud, categorized appropriately with all necessary details. The assignment also includes editing the videos according to provided guidelines. This is a two-month assignment during which the person will visit the field as per the crop calendar and perform other tasks on non-field days.

The objectives include:

1. Coordinate with IT Officer and Digital Team lead throughout entire process of video planning, editing and production
2. Produce informative how-to (and other) videos to help build farmers' agricultural technical capacity
3. Through videos, help establish Shubh Mint program and Tanager as technical expert in mind and other agricultural production with farmers, corporations, government institutions and other stakeholders

3. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

1. Video Shooting:

• Capture step-by-step videos of the Mint Paddy Crop process within the provided date as guided by IT & Technology officer
• Ensure high-quality video and audio recordings
• Coordinate with IT & Technology Officer throughout entire process of video planning, editing and production

1. Video Storage:

• Store videos in a categorized manner in local storage and upload the final videos to sharepoint
• Ensuring they are organized with all basic details (e.g., date, location, process stage)

1. Video Editing:

• Edit the videos according to the guidelines provided by IT & Technology Officer
• Revise the videos as per expert inputs
• Add Graphics using Envato Elements and Canva
• Add subtitle (Hindi / English)
• Ensure the final videos are clear, informative, and professional

1. Field Visits:

• Maintain equipment and ensure it is ready for field use
• Travel to the field as per the schedule provided in the crop calendar
• Coordinate with field team to ensure all necessary footage is captured

4. QUALIFICATIONS

• Type of degree in specific field, or years of experience in field. 3 years of experience in phography filed. and Bachelor degree /diploma in any discipline
• Years of experience completing specific tasks. Minimum  3  years of experience in videography and still photography.

TO be able to work on adobe photshop and adobe premier softwares.

• Language requirement- Fluency in Local Language preferred.

5. REPORTS/DELIVERABLES

• Report/Deliverable. Submit a summary of the findings from tasks 1 and 2 within the first 30 days of the assignment. This is to include a narrative as well as graphic representations.
• Report/Deliverable. Submit a summary report no later than day 48 laying out the findings from tasks three and four, clearly outlining locations and current condition of existing facilities and equipment. This is to include a photo journal with associated dates and GPS locations.
• Report/Deliverable. Final report.

6. LEVEL OF EFFORT AND ACTIVITY DETAILS

Timeframe of project. It is anticipated that the scope of work assignment will be completed within 90 working days from the issuance of the purchase order.

BILLING/INVOICING

Billing codes and information. All allowable costs for this activity, including air fare ticket, M&IE, labor and miscellaneous expenses will be charged to Tanager Project Code #. TAN117
