Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce well-researched content combining online sources and studies provided on a variety of subjects. 
• Analyze learning aims and objectives & work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions that align with the requirements i.e., as per Learning Management System (LMS) integration in the domain of Academics and Skill development. 
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
• Communicate and work effectively with the writing and production team to create compelling & engaging deliverables. 
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders during the project life-cycle
• Ability to work independently on the content validation process
• Ready to work as per international content partners working hours (occasionally) 

Qualification and Experience

• Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline with an understanding of Social/Development sector in India 
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research domain specific information to create in-depth-content for various disciplines of Technical, Management and Social Sciences sector 
• Creativity, Curiosity, and the ability to develop original content
• Flexibility with strong sense of ownership for work
• An impeccable grasp of the English and Hindi language is a must
• End-to-end results approach: Understanding of the entire content marketing lifecycle and making an impact on the learning results 
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with speakers/ content providers
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary proficiency  
• Proficiency over writing programs such as Google Docs, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Technical Requirements (Added advantage)

• Basic technical knowledge of Web Page Designing, Design Thinking, Design Elements, User Interface Designs 
• Basic technical knowledge of languages like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery  to create user-friendly web page
