Job Position – AI Trainer – School Education  

Preferred Location –  Prayagraj, Agra & Kanpur

Salary – 5.20 LPA to 7.20 LPA (depends on relevant experience)

Position Overview

The AI Trainer will play a key role in democratizing access to AI education for government school teachers and students in Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on building teacher capacity, enabling ethical and age-appropriate AI learning, and supporting project-based classroom implementation in low-resource school environments.

This position is ideal for professionals passionate about education equity, digital inclusion, and grassroots capacity building.

Key Responsibilities

Teacher Capacity Building

1. Conduct hands-on AI enablement training for govt. school teachers across subjects.
2. Build teachers’ confidence to independently deliver AI-integrated lessons, assessments, and activities.
3. Facilitate sessions on:

• AI fundamentals (concepts, myths vs facts)
• Classroom-ready AI lesson planning for Grades 6–8
• Learning outcomes aligned to Bloom’s Taxonomy
• Responsible AI use, cyber safety, and digital citizenship

Student Learning & Project Facilitation

• Deliver introductory AI sessions for middle school students (Grades 6–8).
• Mentor teachers and students during mini AI projects and experiential activities.
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and ethical thinking through AI-based projects.

Curriculum & Assessment Support

• Support creation of:

1. AI lesson plans
2. Worksheets, MCQs, quizzes, and rubrics
3. Simple feedback and evaluation frameworks

• Ensure learning materials are inclusive, age-appropriate, and feasible within govt. school constraints (limited devices, connectivity).

Program Implementation & Coordination

• Work closely with school leadership, field teams, and program managers.
• Support smooth on-ground execution of training schedules.
• Maintain training documentation including attendance, session reports, and deliverables for CSR reporting.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Technology, AI, EdTech, or related fields
• Experience in teacher training, school education programs, or NGO-led interventions
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, relatable language
• Comfort delivering sessions in Hindi (mandatory) and English
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts

        Preferred

• Prior experience with CSR, NGO, or government education programs
• Familiarity with NEP 2020, experiential or competency-based learning
• Exposure to STEM, AI, or digital literacy initiatives
