Job Description/Responsibilities
We are looking for Administrative Specialist for GIZ India Country Office based in New Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Managing smooth functioning of all facilities function including Housekeeping, Security, Reception, Support Services, drivers etc.
- Logistics & Event Coordination for GIZ office and sectoral projects.
- Managing and formalisation and implementation of all facilities related agreements – such as AMC, service agreements, corporate agreements with hotels, guest houses, institutions etc.
- Managing travel portfolio of GIZ office including booking of tickets, coordinating for invoices etc.
- Managing payment processing of centralized invoices.
- Clearing overtime and misc. expenditure of support staff and small vendors.
- Extensive Contract Conclusion and Operation background.
- SLA Management with Travel agencies.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Masters in Business Administration / Management or equivalent (preferably in business, supply chain, logistics and other fields related to logistics).
- At least 10 years of equivalent experience. Exposure to working in an international environment.
- Sound knowledge of relevant health and safety codes.
- Familiarity with maintenance requirements of old and new buildings.
- Capacity to handle multiple demands with tight timelines.
- Outstanding negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to attend to emergencies outside of normal working hours.
