Location: Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare, Mohali
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in corporate relations & placement in healthcare & Higher Education Sector/Vocational Training.
Qualification: Post- graduation in any stream with experience in employer tie-ups and placements.
Number of openings: 1
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To support the Project Manager/HOD Academics in the planning and preparation of the on-the-job training and placements of students from different courses of healthcare.
- To coordinate between the employers and the students on the Placement process which include sharing the job vacancy with the students, scheduling the interviews accompanying the students for interviews and keeping them informed on the employer’s feedback.
- To communicate and coordinate with the respective faculties and HOD-Academics on the employer feedback and assist them to prepare the students for interviews as per the industry requirement.
- To organize the campus placements, update student’s resume and educational documents and assist them in the entire process.
- To assist in the development and maintenance of the database of the existing employers and generate new connection by tele-calling and emailers.
- Ensure healthy interaction with the students, conducting preplacement sessions and mock interviews.
- Maintaining the Placement format, employer’s database and a number of jobs offer received.
- Documentation of student’s resume, educational and other documents as desired by the respective employer.
- Any other task as assigned by the Project manager and Project Director.
Desired Skill Sets:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Experience of student interactions and data management.
- Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
- Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred.
