Job Description/Responsibilities

• Own program outreach and establish & manage outreach partnerships
• Nurture, build & serve portfolio of startups across diverse sectors.
• Lead planning and designing the program. Proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate action.
• Work closely with teams to successful fulfil founder needs.
• Identify key problems in start-ups and help them navigate through these problems by bringing in suitable support and interventions
• Manage multiple stakeholders ranging from the founders to the funding partners.
• Design, manage and optimize incubation SOPs
• Designing the program interventions and implementation
• Network and drive partnerships with players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem (co-incubation partners, technology & policy partners research bodies)
• Be a liaison between the NSRCEL team functions.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

You will ideally have:

• Comfortable engaging with and handling multiple stakeholders
• Have 2-4 years of experience in the incubation space, with sufficient exposure to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country
• Have superior analytical skills and ability to solve highly ambiguous problems
• Have a high bias for action and ownership
• Verbal and written communication
• Have team orientation and interpersonal skills
