Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to support and lead hiring initiatives across various business functions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
  • Partner with project managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria.
  • Lead sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain and track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate on employer branding activities and talent marketing campaigns.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning discussions with other HR team and department leaders.
  • Assist in other relevant tasks related to office operations.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
