About STPI 

STPI - Software Technology Parks of India is a premier S&T organization under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, established in 1991, with a mandate to promote software exports from the country. Today, with 14 jurisdictional directorates that comprises of 71 centres, out of which 63 centres are in Tier II & Tier III cities, STPI has expanded its presence across the country. STPI has ensured the growth of software exports and generated employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. STPI facilitates IT/ITES/ESDM industry by providing single window clearance services, world-class internet connectivity, state-of-the-art incubation & other infrastructure services, which aim to encourage, promote, and boost software exports.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

For Direct Recruit:

• MBA/ Post Graduate in any discipline OR Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma in management with 15 years of experience in a responsible position in the field of Personnel Management and Labour Laws. He/ She should also have
• experience of organizing senior level meetings and should be familiar with Government functioning, exposure to working of Societies, preparation of Budget and related matters.

For Promotion/ Absorption/ Deputation:

• In case of Promotion/ Absorption/ Deputation, officers of the Central / State Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies
• Holding analogous post on regular basis.
• Having Five (05) years’ regular service in Level 12 [Rs. 78800-209200] and having experience in Administration/ Personnel/ Vigilance.
• Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
