About the Role

CSRBOX is looking for a smart, proactive and technology-oriented Sr. Associate – CSR & Government Partnerships to support CSRBOX's engagement with government stakeholders and institutional partners in Pune.

The candidate will be based at SCERT Pune and will work closely with government officials and the CSRBOX team to support program coordination, communication, documentation, technology-enabled initiatives and day-to-day implementation requirements.

The role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working from a government office environment, proactive in communication and confident using technology and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government officials and institutional stakeholders at SCERT Pune.
• Support the CSRBOX team in implementation and coordination of CSR and government-led initiatives.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, trackers, MIS and other project documentation.
• Manage day-to-day communication, follow-ups, scheduling and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support data collection, analysis and documentation using digital tools.
• Assist in technology-enabled education, skilling or social impact initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with government and institutional stakeholders.
• Track action points and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Support the team in preparing project updates and management reports.
• Handle routine operational requirements independently while working from the SCERT Pune office.
• Travel locally, whenever required, for meetings, field visits or project-related activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering/Technology discipline.
• Freshers with the right attitude and aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in Marathi is strongly preferred/required for effective communication with local stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, email and online platforms.
• Smart, confident, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable communicating with government officials and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a larger project team.
• Comfortable with a desk-based role at SCERT Pune and managing day-to-day coordination from the location.
• Strong follow-up, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn about CSR, government programs, education and social impact.
