This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Identify any gaps in the process and suggest value additions in the projects through secondary  research, analysis of secondary data and field visits.
• Developing project-based clinical modules/periodic update of existing modules as per the new national  clinical guidelines.
• Support in capacity building of the project staff under CSR and PPP projects - Refresher/Ad  hoc trainings to be done online / offline
• Support in streamlining the CSR projects in different states through periodic review of the project  data. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of projects.
• To support in providing necessary Clinical Domain related documentation for Tenders and Proposals  for New Projects
• To attend to any other relevant CD related assignment, entrusted by CD-Head, in special situations. • Support in collecting and compiling Health related data like Health status, morbidity profile, and progress achieved in key health indicators of various States and best practices tried and implemented. • Review project daily and monthly reports and sharing the feedback and conducting review meetings  with field staff.
• To Support in secondary research, report writing and paper publishing in medical journals. • Support in Clinical audits through field visits to the project sites and sharing relevant feedback.

Desirable Qualification & Experience 

• BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BPT with MPH or Diploma in Public Health Management with 1-2 years of Clinical  Experience

Essential Skills:

• Sound clinical Knowledge of the standard operating protocols/ guidelines in management of  common diseases/conditions of public health importance.
• Understanding of the functioning of Health care delivery system and knowledge of existing National  programs / policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Basic skills in Biostatistics like calculating and comparing Rates, Ratios and assessing improvements or declines in Health Service deliveries by Govt and private sectors.
• Ability to converse and communicate in Hindi and English languages
