Job Position – Engagement Associate – School Education

Preferred Location – Varanasi, Lucknow, Ayodhya, Gorakhapur, Noida

Salary – 2.40 LPA to 3.36 LPA (depends on relevant experience)

Position Overview

BharatCares is looking for a dynamic and mission-driven Engagement Associate to support the implementation of AI literacy and digital learning initiatives across government schools and other educational settings.

The Engagement Associate will work closely with the program team and key stakeholders to ensure smooth on-ground implementation, outreach, stakeholder coordination, training facilitation, and program monitoring. The role will involve regular field engagement with schools, teachers, students, district officials, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end implementation of AI and digital learning programs across assigned locations.
• Conduct outreach and mobilization activities with schools, teachers, students, and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with school authorities, teachers, district officials, and the internal program team for smooth program execution.
• Facilitate AI learning sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and capacity-building activities.
• Support participants during beginner-friendly AI activities, including prompt writing, image generation, Picture Blocks, and other relevant AI tools.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of program activities, workshops, and events.
• Support the setup and basic troubleshooting of digital equipment, including laptops, projectors, and internet connectivity.
• Collect and maintain attendance, photographs, feedback, and other implementation data.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and support MIS and reporting requirements.
• Track program progress and highlight implementation challenges to the reporting manager.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders and program partners.
• Support outreach, mobilization, and engagement activities for events and workshops.
• Travel within the assigned location and nearby areas as per program requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
• Experience in program coordination, outreach, stakeholder engagement, education, training, CSR, or social development programs will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, digital tools, and technology-enabled learning.
• Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or student/teacher engagement activities will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language will be preferred.
• Comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
