Job Description
Centre for Wildlife Studies is recruiting for a Coordinator for HR & Admin responsibilities. This position involves managing all HR responsibilities including recruitment, HR Policies, staff engagements, processing employee data and admin responsibilities such as assisting teams with any external help e.g. dealing and negotiating with vendors, managing office supplies and managing housekeeping staff. The person should be extremely organised and be familiar with HR and Admin functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel records, including employment contracts and new hire information.
- Develop onboarding materials and CWS policy guidelines.
- Answer employee inquiries about benefits and assist with payroll data collection.
- Manage job ads, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Prepare HR reports and track key metrics.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure office supplies and housekeeping are managed effectively.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional communication skills.
- 5-6 years of experience in managing HR and administrative functions.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Slack, and Asana.
- Experienced with HRIS systems, including ERP platforms.
- Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while inspiring excellence within teams.
