Job Description

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for wildlife conservation? We are looking for a designer to craft compelling visuals, design impactful outreach materials, and support our conservation efforts. If you are eager to combine your creativity with purpose, this role is for you! Based out of our Bengaluru Office, this opportunity offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with purpose. You will contribute to impactful conservation initiatives while honing your skills in design and outreach.

Job Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations and visual designs that align with the mission and values of CWS for use across digital and print platforms.
• Design creative collateral such as infographics, reports, brochures, and social media visuals to effectively communicate key messages.
• Collaborate with the Media & Outreach Team to develop visually compelling campaigns for various programs and initiatives.
• Assist in curating stories and visuals across teams to create impactful outreach materials.
• Support the development and enhancement of outreach strategies through visual storytelling and innovative design approaches.
• Maintain an organized archive of design projects and assets for easy reference and reuse.
• Analyze visual content performance to refine designs and improve engagement on digital platforms.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors in Visual Communication/Illustration/Graphic Design/Animation or any other related field.
• Illustration skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute original artwork.

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent softwares.
• 1-2 years experience in the field of illustration and design, but freshers are welcome.
• Experience in creating visual content for diverse formats, including social media, reports, and presentations.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to integrate design and written content seamlessly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in outreach or communications roles is a plus.
