Job Responsibilities
Drive positive PR for the Company
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute PR strategies to garner positive media coverage
- Plan and independently execute field visits for media
- Support media test drives
- Facilitate media interviews for Company spokespersons
- Media Relations: Build strong relationships with media
- Content: Conceptualize and draft content including press releases, white papers, infographics, blogs, talk points for top management, FAQs, presentations for internal communication, employee newsletters, contribute to employee magazine and so on. Experience in writing speeches for top management will be an added advantage.
- Agency Management:
- Work with PR agency to achieve deliverables
- Work with creative agency to create new age content - short videos, reels etc.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor industry stories
- Prepare review documents for Top Management
- Create media coverage report
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Post Graduate Degree - Marketing Advertising and PR / MBA
- Essential: MICA / NMIMS / Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication (SIMC) / IIMC/ MCRC Jamia or similar
Experience:
- Applicant should have a minimum of 10 - 13 years of work experience in corporate communication. They should be proficient in writing (e.g. press releases, speeches for management) and have an excellent track of good media relations.
- Candidates with experience of working in a corporate setup with substantial exposure to both external and internal communications will have an added advantage.
