Job Position: Manager – Growth and Impacts

Locations: Bhubaneshwar

No. of Position: 1

CTC: ₹9.6 LPA - ₹10.80 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking a Manager for Growth and Impacts to join our team in one of our locations: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, or Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building social impact partnerships and will be instrumental in driving our growth and enhancing our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Building:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to drive social impact initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration to enhance program reach and effectiveness.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Market and Impact Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Conduct impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

Communication and Advocacy:

  • Craft compelling messages and communication materials to advocate for BharatCares' mission and initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to promote our work and build networks.

Innovation and Strategy:

  • Innovate and drive new initiatives to enhance social impact and organizational growth.
  • Develop strategic plans and proposals to support program development and expansion.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects to ensure they meet objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Organizational Development:

  • Contribute to building and structuring internal knowledge and processes to support organizational growth.
  • Maintain MIS and project dashboards in line with the organization’s requirements.


Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

  • Post-graduate degree in Management, Social Development, or related fields, with a preference for those having a multidisciplinary academic profile.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the development sector, consulting, think tanks, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in managing and developing a team.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and drive new initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including the core team, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding priorities and time management.
  • Capability to switch gears at a moment’s notice and execute work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
