About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Manager - Corporate Alliances to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our network of corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporations, foundations, and NGOs.
• Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial corporate sponsorship agreements.

• Manage the entire sponsorship lifecycle, from initial contact to partnership activation and reporting.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ScholarsBox.in to corporate partners.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of corporate partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate philanthropy.
• Represent ScholarsBox.in at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships or business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of success in securing and managing corporate sponsorships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the education sector and a commitment to making education accessible to all.
