Role Overview

• Coordinate on-ground planning and execution for the Hyderabad Regeneration Fest in collaboration with the Delhi team.
• Manage local logistics, venue coordination, permissions, and event-day operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, institutions, volunteers, and community stakeholders across Hyderabad.
• Identify local resources and ensure seamless communication between the Hyderabad and Delhi teams.
• Serve as the primary local representative, resolving on-ground challenges efficiently.
• Hyderabad-based, with strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills; prior experience in events, community engagement, or project coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with the city, willingness to travel extensively, and an interest in sustainability or social impact are a plus.

Contract Duration: September 2026 – December 2026

Compensation: Paid contract (compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates).
