Qualification and Experience Required:

• Postgraduate/MBA/Masters in Social Work 12 – 15 Years of experience with exceptional donor management and stakeholder skills

Key Responsibility Area:

• Relationship Management – managing portfolio of donors, develop annual engagement plans and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through program expansion.
• Donor Management – ensure timely reporting and reviews, coordinate donor visits and showcase impact. Address donor concerns proactively.
• Partnership strengthening – work with program and finance team to identify opportunities for scale within existing donor portfolio, program extensions and renewals
• Program Governance – ensure compliance to donor agreements and reporting requirements, monitor progress against commitments, milestones and budget utilization
• Communication – Lead prep of donor reports and impact stories, ensure consistency in communication
