The Foundation’s core focus area is its flagship Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM) program in which Community Disability & Mental Health is one thematic area.

Description: Provide end-to-end assistance to the Program Team in creating feasible and sustainable programs in the Disability & Mental Health vertical. This vertical includes a rural community mental health program and a disability and livelihood program.


● Ensure comprehensive primary and secondary research for developing the program design

● Be the first level of support for the Program Manager in the end-to-end planning process and strategic design of the rural and urban programs

● Be the first level of support in conducting outreach, due diligence, and engagement with knowledge and implementation partners

● Coordinate with the field officer and be the first level of support for the Program Manager to gather data and feedback from the ground to improve program design ● Assist in the smooth execution of the programs on the ground in coordination with the Field Implementation Manager

● Develop quality analytical pieces for respective projects, partners, knowledge portals, and interesting articles for external stakeholders for knowledge sharing and dissemination

Candidate Profile:


● Masters (or an equivalent degree) from a reputed institution in social work, gender studies, psychology, humanities, or any related discipline


● Fresher - 1 year of experience


● Strong thematic understanding of gender and mental health

● Practical experience of working on development projects with a focus on marginalized populations

● Strong sense of conducting primary and secondary research

● Strong Systems Thinking skills

● Good collaboration skills and self-starter

● Proficient communication skills in English and Marathi (Both Verbal and Written) ● Working knowledge of MS Office is essential
