Aligned to this vision, Digital Bharat Collaborative’s (DBC) vision is to build Bharat through acceleration of Information Systems to transform public systems’ responsiveness and governance led by women and youth. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- End-to-end project ownership and driving project outcomes
- Design project plan & preparation process for delivery of project outcomes
- Manage & oversee all project related documentation along with presentation to stakeholders
- Facilitate with non-profit staff to solve their strategic objectives through transformational thinking
- Develop commitment across all involved teams and facilitate buy-in from all important stakeholders
- Deployment of Design Thinking tools, analytics, and technology as per the needs of the project
- Coordinate with state health authority and country level health authorities.
- Need to work with different donor organization, partners and statutory authorities.
Desirable Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Full-time work experience between 8 years to 11 years, preferably in the social sector/Health Care or in process transformation, consulting, analytics or project management
- Candidates should have working experience of ABDM program and microsites management for atleast 2-3 years out of total experience.
- Green Belt /Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added expertise
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrates passion and commitment to bring about a positive social change in Healthcare Sector.
- Advanced project management, problem solving/analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct secondary research around the project assigned.
- Ability to work of Business Proposal, RFS and RFI with government authorities.
- Ability to engage senior management and have strong influencing skills with clarity of thought
- Work in diverse teams and ambiguous situations, while managing multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi/regional languages
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment for stakeholder management, change management, and aptitude for data and analytics
- Proficient in MS Office
Travel: Open for Travel (50% including pilot project implementation)
