Job Description

Titan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Girl Child CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social impact and a proven track record of successfully managing CSR programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the education and empowerment of girl children in India.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR program focused on supporting the education and empowerment of girl children in India
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize key areas of focus for the program
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
• Monitor and evaluate program progress and impact, making necessary adjustments to ensure program success
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other partners to support program goals
• Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and support for the program
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to CSR initiatives
• Prepare and present regular reports on program progress to senior management

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, international development, business)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR program management, preferably with a focus on girl child initiatives
• Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing CSR programs
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and other partners
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to CSR initiatives
• Passion for social impact and a commitment to promoting the education and empowerment of girl children in India

Additional Parameters:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is required
• Willingness to travel within India as needed
• Experience working in the retail industry is a plus
