Job Description
The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the President of Skilling Office, acting as a strategic advisor and execution partner. The position requires expertise in business analytics, strategic planning, operations management, and stakeholder coordination. The role is central to ensuring data-driven decision-making, managing key leadership stakeholders, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives.
This role entails collaboration across multiple geographies, including India, Indonesia, the Philippines, select regions of Africa, Egypt, Mexico, and Brazil. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, mid-level managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution of business priorities.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Insights
- Conduct in-depth business research and analysis to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and operational performance to aid business planning.
- Provide data-backed insights to improve business efficiency and inform strategic direction.
Operational Excellence & Program Execution
- Oversee critical initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s vision and goals.
- Optimize executive workflows, streamline operations, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and impact.
Data Analytics & Technology Integration
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, and others) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate data-driven reports.
- Develop and manage dashboard systems that offer real-time business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and analytics into business processes, enabling better decision-making.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the President of Skilling Office, offering analytical support and strategic recommendations.
- Act as the bridge between leadership, board members, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business objectives and execution strategies.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and proposals for leadership meetings, board reviews, and external engagements.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- MBA from a premier business school (IIMs, ISB, or top-tier global institutions).
- 5-7 years of experience in business analytics, strategic research, consulting, or operations management.
- Proven track record in handling leadership stakeholders, board-level reporting, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to drive analytics-based decision-making.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
