Post : Trainer Motivator (Trainer cum Enterprise Support Associate) - 01

Location: Dehradun (Uttarakhand)

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, BBA, BE, B. Tech/ Master’s Degree in Rural
• Management/social work/ Economics/MBA with a keen interest in working with rural and peri-urban areas
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women's related schemes and projects. 
• Candidate should have working proficiency in the local language.
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication ability.

Job Description:

• Comprehensive knowledge of bank linkages, market connections, credit facilitation, funding schemes, government initiatives, and registration procedures.
• Post-Skillpreneurship training, follow-up, mentoring, motivating, and capacity building of entrepreneurs to establish sustainable enterprises.
• Conducting market research to identify potential markets.
• Identifying new business opportunities and partners.
• Managing multiple enterprises simultaneously and meeting project plan deadlines.
• Understanding the right ideas best practices and technological solutions for business
• Facilitating business plan formulation, funding acquisition, and infrastructure setup for enterprises.
• Should have a strong executive presence, excellent convincing skills with the ability to hold own point of view in challenging conversations.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, training, and delegating responsibilities to entrepreneurs to foster their economic growth and development.
• Continuously seeking for better, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity, scalability, and demand-supply dynamics as needed.
• Organizing and coordinating fairs and exhibitions for trained entrepreneurs.
• Travelling to the field in the Project Areas is required.

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis.

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 p.m.
