Job Position: Project Associate- CSR and Eco Village

Locations: Tumkur

No. of Position: 1

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA - ₹3.84 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking a dedicated and passionate Project Associate for our CSR and Eco Village initiatives in Tumkur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture, excellent community interaction skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Eco Village projects, ensuring alignment with CSR objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local communities, understanding their needs and providing support through various agricultural initiatives.
  • Agricultural Expertise: Utilize core agricultural knowledge to guide project activities, offering technical assistance and advice to community members.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to project activities, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops for community members to enhance their agricultural skills and knowledge.
  • Field Travel: Travel extensively within Tumkur and surrounding areas to monitor project progress and engage with local communities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum B.Sc. in Agriculture
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in agriculture and community-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English.
  • Good with community interaction and capacity building.
  • Proficient in using a laptop for data collection, reporting, and communication.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Must possess a personal laptop.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the field.
