Job Title: Scholarship Program Consultant – UPSC & CLAT

Location: Patna, Jaipur & Allahabad

Employment Type: Consultant

Duration: 1 month (Extension of an appointment is subject to the performance]

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scholarship Program Consultant to lead and manage our scholarship initiatives, with a focus on institutional partnerships, helping students with application support, and mobilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational program management, strategic partnership development, and a passion for enhancing educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy and Design:

• Plan and strategize the implementation of projects in collaboration with the top management of the colleges/universities, and coaching centre institutes, ensuring time-bound adoption of the platform tailored to their needs and requirements.

Institutional Partnerships:

• Support and lead partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and potential coaching centre institutes to facilitate ground-level implementation of the scholarship programs for CLAT and UPSC aspirants.
• Research, identify, and map potential government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutes, and schools that align with the scholarship programs.

Student Application Support:

• Conduct the awareness sessions with the UPSC & CLAT institutions.
• Provide guidance and support to students throughout the scholarship application process, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to submit strong applications within the timeline.
• Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to assist students with their applications.

Mobilization and Outreach:

• Design and implement strategies to mobilize stakeholders and increase awareness of the scholarship program.
• Engage with local organizations, schools, colleges, universities and community leaders to promote the scholarship opportunities and attract a diverse pool of applicants.

Program Implementation and External Communication:

• Manage external communication with the institutions to enable and oversee program implementation, including onboarding new scholarship applications and ensuring end-to-end program execution and engagement.
• Facilitate and coordinate sessions, meetings, events, workshops, master classes, project-based learning camps, and other activities for school students and young adults.

Monitoring and Tracking:

• Monitor and track project details, data, and records of all stakeholders to ensure better coordination and implementation.

Travel Requirements:

• Extensive traveling as per project needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline, with an understanding of India's social and development sector.
• Domain expertise in India's education, life skills, CS, or IT sectors is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in managing partnerships is preferred.
• Strong skills in designing sessions, public speaking, and session facilitation.
• Effective writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is desirable, with additional experience through internships or volunteer work.
• Fluency in English.
