Job Description

• Preparation and submission of periodic financial statements according to the applicable Accounting Standards
• Produce financial reports including grant reporting, forecast and variance analysis related to the revenue and expenditure.
• Co-ordination with auditors & prepare audit plans for Internal & Statutory, Tax and GST or any other audit done on time.
• Oversee the financial operations of the entity and ensure timely and accuracy of financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, etc.
• Revenue management including revenue planning, staff utilisation reports, timely billing, revenue projections and project analysis.
• Handling direct & indirect taxation including global taxation related matters.
• Compliance under various regulatory bodies like FEMA, FDI, EPFO, ESIC GST and other statutory compliances.
• Preparation & presentation of data in the required format as per Transfer Pricing provisions and knowledge of International Taxation, DTAA etc.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 0-2 Chartered Accountant

Mandatory Skills

• Strong technical, analytical and planning skills2) Strong understanding of accounting principals, taxation and other related laws.3) Well versed in MS Office and Tally ERP4) Ability to prioritise tasks and manage team well.
