Job Position

Senior Manager – FutureTech & CSR Programs

Preferred Locations: Ahmedabad | Delhi | Noida
Experience: 6–9 Years
Salary: ₹14.5 LPA – ₹16 LPA (depending on experience and skillset)

Position Overview

The Senior Manager – FutureTech & CSR Programs will lead the design, strategy, implementation, and scale-up of technology-driven skilling and CSR programs across multiple locations.

The role will involve managing large-scale programs focused on AI, Coding, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, Digital Skills, and emerging technologies, while building strong partnerships with academic institutions, industry experts, corporates, and other stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery, managing teams and partners, driving innovation, and demonstrating measurable social impact aligned with CSR and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Strategy, Design & Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale FutureTech and CSR skilling programs across colleges and higher education institutions.
• Develop program strategies, implementation frameworks, timelines, KPIs, and impact measurement plans.
• Oversee rollout of AI, Coding, Cybersecurity, Full Stack and other emerging technology programs.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful programs across geographies and institutions.
• Ensure programs are aligned with client objectives, CSR priorities, NEP 2020, NSQF, and relevant sector frameworks.

2. Program & Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor program managers, project associates, trainers, consultants, and field teams.
• Define team goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Build effective processes and SOPs for consistent program implementation across locations.
• Identify capacity-building requirements and support continuous team development.

3. Academic & Institutional Partnerships

• Build and manage strategic relationships with colleges, universities, academic institutions, and training partners.
• Act as a senior point of contact for institutional leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate integration of FutureTech programs into academic calendars, credit systems, bootcamps, and institutional initiatives.
• Develop long-term partnerships to ensure sustainability and scale of programs.

4. Industry & CSR Stakeholder Management

• Engage with corporate CSR teams, industry experts, technology companies, mentors, and implementation partners.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective program strategies and implementation plans.
• Represent BharatCares/CSRBOX in institutional meetings, conferences, industry forums, and stakeholder events.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen program visibility and impact.

5. Training, Facilitation & Capacity Building

• Oversee delivery of faculty development programs, student bootcamps, workshops, hackathons, ideathons, and mentoring programs.
• Facilitate selected sessions and high-level stakeholder engagements where required.
• Build institutional capacity by developing faculty trainers, mentors, and internal champions.
• Ensure training quality and learner experience across all program locations.

6. Project Operations & Multi-Location Management

• Oversee end-to-end implementation across multiple cities and institutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, participant engagement, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely documentation, MIS updates, compliance, and project reporting.

7. Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems to measure program reach, participation, learning outcomes, and impact.
• Review program data and dashboards to identify gaps and improve implementation.
• Develop periodic reports, impact reports, case studies, success stories, and presentations for management and CSR partners.
• Ensure high-quality data collection and documentation across projects.

8. Content & FutureTech Innovation

• Lead development and curation of industry-relevant learning content, toolkits, case studies, and digital resources.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, EdTech solutions, AI trends, and evolving industry skill requirements.
• Identify opportunities to introduce innovative learning methodologies and technology-enabled program delivery.
• Collaborate with industry experts to strengthen practical exposure and employability outcomes.

9. Budget & Client Management

• Support annual project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and financial monitoring.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
• Review project financials and operational requirements with internal teams.
• Support proposals, concept notes, presentations, and business development initiatives for new CSR opportunities.

10. Field Engagement & Travel

• Travel extensively to project locations for program reviews, stakeholder meetings, quality audits, and team support.
• Conduct regular field visits to understand implementation challenges and ensure program quality.
• Support institutional readiness and sustainability of programs at the local level.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Management, Education, Development Studies, or a related field. MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in program management, CSR, skilling, education technology, academic engagement, or social impact programs.
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-location programs and teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Coding, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, or emerging technology ecosystems.
• Experience working with corporates, CSR teams, colleges/universities, government bodies, or industry partners.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project planning, problem-solving, documentation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of MIS, dashboards, reporting, and impact measurement.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
