Job Description

Titan is a leading Indian consumer goods company that is committed to sustainability and business excellence. We are looking for a Specialist - CSR to join our Corporate Sustainability team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's overall sustainability goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business processes and operations
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
• Monitor and report on the company's sustainability performance and progress towards goals
• Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability initiatives and build relationships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR or sustainability roles
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of local and international CSR regulations and standards is a plus

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain management is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
