About the Role:

As a Senior Associate in Platforms, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating data on the platform while handling client interactions to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

●    Data Management:

○     Regularly update and maintain data on the ScholarsBox platform.

○     Ensure accuracy and completeness of information related to scholars, institutes, and other relevant data points.

●    Client Handling:

○     Serve as a primary point of contact for clients using the platform.

○     Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt and effective solutions.

○     Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance their experience on the platform.

●    Platform Optimization:

○     Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for platform improvement.

○     Provide insights and feedback based on user interactions to enhance user experience.

●    Training and Onboarding:

○     Conduct training sessions for clients to familiarize them with platform features and functionalities.

○     Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.

●    Documentation:

○     Create and update documentation related to platform usage, guidelines, and best practices.

○     Communicate changes and updates to clients through clear and concise documentation.

●    Data Analysis:

○     Analyze platform usage data to identify trends, user preferences, and areas for improvement.

○     Provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

●    Collaboration:

○     Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, communication, and technical teams, to align platform activities with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics
• Proven experience in data management and client handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of platform functionalities.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
