Job Position: Sr. Program Associate - Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship

Locations: Ahmedabad

No. of Position: 1

CTC: INR 6.50 LPA to 8.40 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Program Associate for Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of livelihoods and entrepreneurship programs.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

Training and Capacity Building:

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of program participants.
• Develop training materials and curricula in line with program objectives.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of program activities and participants.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
• Analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to livelihoods and entrepreneurship.

Travel:

• Travel as required to various program locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.
• Knowledge of local livelihoods and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
