Job Title: Strategic Reporting and Communication

Employer: Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF)

Location: Noida

Salary: 40-50K per month

Job Type: As consultant for 1-year duration

 Responsibilities & Duties 

1. Manage all CSR and DBF communications for both internal and external  stakeholders.
2. Support in the preparation of DBF Annual Report, CSR Report, Company's Annual &  Integrated Report, Directors' Report of Companies, and any other relevant reports.
3. Develop brochures, videos, and content for DBF's Website and the CSR Section of  Company websites.
4. Update and maintain social media platforms with pertinent CSR content.
5. Create impactful presentations for board meetings and internal CSR  communications.
6. 6. Apply for CSR awards on behalf of the organization and ensure timely submission.
7. Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR events for stakeholder management and  engagement at both the headquarters and location levels.
8. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of these events.
9. Collaborate with the team to collect and organize data related to CSR initiatives.
10. Ensure that all communications adhere to the branding and communication  guidelines of the Dalmia Group.
11. Provide support in undertaking various assessment studies as required by the  business to evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.

Desired Candidate-Profile: 

1. Qualification Graduate Degree up to Master Degree
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in case of non-degree holder candidate.
3. Language Proficient: English, Hindi
