Job Description/Responsibilities

• Overall Maintenance, Configuration and Reliable Operation of Computer Systems and Servers
• Installation of Hardware and Software’s to Continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of IFSCA.
• Actively to resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within IFSCA.
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications.
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
• End user Support with regard to the Single Window IT System (SWIT); Coordinating with stakeholders like vendor, applicants etc.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Minim um 3 years of Experiences System Administrator in managing Largescale projects Servers /VMs etc.
• Handson experience in RHEL 7.X,8.X , Ubuntu Server 21.X and above, Micros oft Windo ws Server 2016 and above.
• Experience in working on AWS instances and Services.
• Experience in Patch Managements of Servers and Systems.
• Experience in Management of NIC office VMs

Required skillset/ Preferable experience

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

• Experience in handling similar roles in previous jobs.
• Strong knowledge of technology trends in IT, computing, and related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Good communication skills.
