Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Trainers/Facilitators who will be responsible for delivering subject-specific teachers training sessions, equipping educators with innovative pedagogical techniques, and supporting them in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes in Tripura, aimed at strengthening primary and secondary education.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Capacity Building: Conduct interactive training sessions and hands-on workshops to enhance teachers' pedagogical skills, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.

• Implementation Support: Provide mentorship to teachers in applying innovative techniques in classrooms.

• Youth & Eco Club Establishment: Guide teachers in forming and leading Youth & Eco Clubs, focusing on sustainability, 21st-century skills, and community engagement.

• Conducting Assessments: Perform baseline and endline assessments to measure teacher and student progress.

• Reporting: Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive impact reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, STEM, Social Sciences, or related fields.

• Minimum 1-2 years in teacher training, facilitation, or curriculum development. Freshers with a passion for education are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of learning enhancement strategies, pedagogy, and curriculum implementation.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

• Experience in mentoring and training with diverse groups of educators or in schools.

• Understanding of data collection, management and reporting.

• Adaptability to local learning environments and cultural contexts.

• Preference will be given to local candidates or those with experience in Tripura or Northeast India.

Monthly remuneration of ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 based on experience. Travel allowances as per policy.
