About the Conference

After the resounding success of the International Conference on Recent Developments in Management, Technology, and Entrepreneurship held on April 27-28, 2024, we are thrilled to announce another international conference on “Human Capital, Innovation and Sustainability (ICHIS-26).
In the era of rapid technological transformation, where Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the way economies function and organizations operate, the importance of human capital and innovation has become more significant than ever. Recognizing this shift, the International Conference on Human Capital, Innovation and Sustainability (ICHIS–2026) on the theme “Human Capital and Innovation for Sustainable Economic Growth in the Era of AI” aims to bring together academicians, researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and scholars to engage in meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange.
The conference seeks to explore how skilled and adaptable human resources, supported by innovative and sustainable practices, can drive balanced and future-oriented growth in an AI-driven world.
