About the Fellowship

Lead from the ground – transform rural learning through makerspaces, hands-on innovation, and local leadership.

Fellows will:

• Create change that matters most – Grow resilience, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bring learning to life – Lead hands-on problem-solving, sparking confidence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Build what lasts – Develop local talent, partnerships, and a lasting culture of making.

Mentorship: Expert guidance & support

Financial support: ₹30,000/month stipend

Resources: Tools & training materials

Community: Join a national network of changemakers

Eligibility

Who We're Looking For:

• Committed to grassroots change
• Skilled in hands-on learning and problem-solving
• Strong communicators and facilitators
• Leadership and teamwork potential

Minimum Requirements:

• Mentorship: Expert guidance & support
• Education: Graduation in any field (STEM/Education preferred)
• Language: English + at least one local language
• Commitment: Willing to live full-time in a rural area for 2 years
