Request for Proposal (RFP)

Bids are invited for: Empanelment to Supply STEM - Electronic Tinkering / Loose Material PAN India-Phase 1

Ref: AIFT/RFP/DL/2025-26/023

Scope of work:

Selected Agency/ies will be offered to enter into a Rate contract with the AIFT on below terms to Supply STEM - Electronic Tinkering / Loose Material in PAN India locations, Bidders are request to read the terms and quote accordingly:

1. Preferably, The Bidder must be GST Registered vendor.
2. Duration of contract shall be 6 months with No minimum order quantity. However, the total value of each contract will not exceed ₹ 1,00,00,000 (One Crores all inclusive) for the entire duration of the contract.
3. Supply/Install required items upon receipt of Purchase Order & subsequent Acknowledgement.
4. All Payment Terms will be 50% advance & balance within 21 days of delivery & Submission of Invoices (DSC stamped Invoice Preferred) and PODs. TDS as applicable.
5. Prices will be inclusive of GST & doorstep delivery charges for Pan India, not limited to Tier1, Tier2, Tier3 Cities or ODA Location.
6. Both the Parties may terminate the Agreement by giving prior notice of 1 (one) month.
7. For any disputes the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi.
8. For any damaged product delivered the Agency will provide the free of cost replacement.
