About the Organization

CINI is a registered non-profit non-government organization (NGO) registered under the Societies Registration Act in India. We work with over 1900 Indian professionals. We are guided by a Governing Body composed of experienced Indian practitioners, academics and administrators. Founded in 1974 by pediatrician, Dr. Samir Chaudhuri, CINI is located in Kolkata (former Calcutta), West Bengal, India and runs operations in the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha, assisting about 7 million people. About the Proposal

CINI wants to prepare 4 videos in the thematic areas of Education, Health and Nutrition and Environmental projects. There will be four different projects. Each project will have one video documentary. The video will be in vernacular language which should have subtitle in English.

Scope of Work

Development of a short Audio-visual Video on the CSR initiative of DONOR under Health and Nutrition, Education and Environment its work in the community, and its impact, covering mostly the work in the area of intervention. The video should have elements of graphics, animated elements, image footage, real-time community activities and beneficiary interview bytes. The video should have interviews with both partner senior leaders from CINI and DONOR, community people, and duty bearers. The Agency has to keep on consulting the CINI and DONOR team and take feedback frequently before finalising the film. Therefore, there will be 4 videos in total. Each video should be 2 to 3 minutes depending on the script and storyline developed based on the concepts shared by the project team. The video should be made for a global audience, donors and external stakeholders. Final product to be developed in a mode that is compatible for presentation, communication and sharing on social media platforms through mobile, tablets and laptop.

Deliverables:

The Key deliverables are the design and development of Video Documentation for the project under the CSR Initiative of the Donor, in such a way that it can be utilized both for internal consumption and for external presentation. Some of the key deliverables include:

• A short 4 audio-visual CSR project videos, with a duration of a maximum of 2-3 minutes each, capturing the specification of work and its impact, which can be posted on social media as well.
• Develop, conceptualize and finalize scripts that highlights the significant positive impact of the projects for both external and internal audiences in consultation with CINI.
• Throughout the video, emotional and appealing music will be played in the background.
• Bytes of the target groups, stakeholders, and key official needs to be included.
• All the 4 videos subtitles should be in English / Hindi / Bengali language. Please note, the voice-over/narration should be English but the testimonials of stakeholders used in the video can be in Bengali / Hindi with English subtitles shown below.
• Showcasing all the 4 videos before team members and staff before finalising the same.
• All the 4 videos and the photographs should be of HD standard.
• Need to have 30 copies of the video on DVDs and One Hard Drive with a design on the cover with some good project pictures and logos of Donor & CINI
• The agency will also share all the raw footage and images captured during their shoot in the field location on a daily basis.
• The language of the videos should be in Bengali, along with English subtitles.

• For institution/company, all legal documents including GST certificate (if any), Bank details, Registration Certificate, last 3 years IT file, three previous work order on related work, audit report of last three years.
• Brief outline of the Approach and Methodology to providing the services noted above indicating major factors/issues to be considered and how they will be addressed
• Financial proposal shall be submitted separately and include all costs necessary for carrying out service
• Proposed work schedule/timeline including number of days required (max. 30 days)
• Three (3) references/ testimonies and experience of similar work delivery
