This opportunity is designed to offer highly motivated and skilled individuals a platform to work on live industry projects, collaborate with diverse professionals, and gain real-world experience in a variety of domains.

APSPL operates in sectors such as advertising, manpower, construction, mining, logistics, and government projects. Interns selected in this program will contribute to meaningful projects and receive mentorship from industry leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and PhD students.

• Applicants must possess relevant skills and experience in the field they are applying for.

• For certain roles, prior hands-on experience is mandatory, as mentioned in the job descriptions below.

Available Positions & Job Descriptions

1. Social Media Manager (1 Position)

Experience Preferred

Hybrid Program

• Responsible for managing clients’ social media handles.

• Strategize and execute campaigns to build a targeted organic audience.

• Monitor performance and engagement.

• Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends.

2. Photographer (2 Positions)

Experience Preferred.

Fully On-Site Program - South Delhi

• Must be physically present on assigned project sites.

• Responsible for capturing high-quality photographs as per client requirements.

• Understanding of lighting, composition, and editing standards is essential.

3. Videographer (2 Positions)

Experience Preferred.

Fully On-Site Program - South Delhi

• On-ground role requiring presence during shoots.

• Capture professional videos/reels aligned with client briefs.

• Should have experience in handling video equipment and basic editing.

4. Graphic Designer (1 Position)

Experience Mandatory.

Remote Program

• Must be highly skilled and experienced in professional graphic design.

• Responsible for creating posters, banners, advertisements, and photo edits.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. is needed.

5. Reel Editor (1 Position)

Experience Mandatory.

Remote Program

• Highly creative individual with a strong portfolio.

• Should be able to create professional-grade reels, short-form videos, and advertisements.

• Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc., is required.

6. Content Writer (1 Position)

Experience Preferred

Hybrid Program

• Responsible for writing slogans, advertisement scripts, speeches, captions, and more.

• Must understand SEO principles to create content that performs organically on social media.

• Versatility in content tone, grammar, and creativity is expected.

7. Project Manager (1 Position)

Experience Preferred.

Fully On-Site Program - South Delhi

• Will be the main point of contact for assigned projects.

• Responsible for end-to-end project execution, team coordination, and client communication.

• Must demonstrate leadership, time management, and professional ethics.

8. Event Manager (1 Position)

Experience Preferred.

Fully On-Site Program - South Delhi

• Develop and implement effective political strategies and campaign plans.

• Manage on-ground issues, ensuring swift and efficient resolution.

• Oversee task distribution among campaign staff and volunteers, ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.

• Represent the campaign or client in public interactions, maintaining a professional and strategic approach.

• Monitor political trends and public opinion, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Analyze data and research to inform strategic decisions.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including political figures, community leaders, and media.
