Job Title: Associate Manager – CSR and Employability Programs
Location: Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Delhi
Organization: BharatCares
Compensation: ₹6 – ₹7.2 LPA
Experience Required: 4–6 years in CSR, livelihoods, or skill development
Role Overview:
The Associate Manager – CSR and Employability Programs will lead CSR initiatives that enhance employability, vocational skills, and livelihood opportunities for youth and marginalized communities. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end skilling programs, managing corporate partnerships, ensuring impact-driven execution, and fostering sustainable employment linkages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Design and Development
- Conceptualize and design employability and skill development programs aligned with corporate CSR mandates.
- Identify skill gaps across sectors and develop training modules that match industry needs.
- Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and implementation roadmaps for CSR partners.
2. Program Implementation and Monitoring
- Lead end-to-end project execution — from partner onboarding to on-ground rollout and impact evaluation.
- Manage training partners, placement agencies, and implementation NGOs.
- Track program performance through defined KPIs (training completion, certification, and job placement rates).
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.
3. Stakeholder and Partnership Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, government agencies, and skilling ecosystem players.
- Represent BharatCares in partner meetings, reviews, and proposal discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, reporting, and MIS updates.
4. Placement and Livelihood Linkages
- Develop strong networks with employers, industry associations, and placement partners.
- Ensure effective post-training placement support and alumni engagement.
- Monitor placement outcomes and facilitate periodic career guidance sessions.
5. Reporting, Documentation, and Impact Assessment
- Prepare progress reports, success stories, and donor presentations.
- Support data-driven decision-making through impact evaluation and beneficiary feedback.
- Collaborate with communications teams for project visibility and storytelling.
6. Innovation and Knowledge Building
- Stay updated on sectoral trends, policies, and technologies shaping the employability landscape.
- Document learnings and best practices for replication across other BharatCares initiatives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in CSR, skill development, or livelihoods programs.
- Strong understanding of training, placement, and employability ecosystem.
- Proven project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel frequently across project sites.
