Location: Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi

CTC: CTC: 5.5 LPA to 7.2 LPA (Depending on experience and skillset)
Role Purpose
The Associate Manager – Livelihoods will lead market linkage, product promotion, and sales enablement for SHGs, cooperatives, and FPOs across South India. The role focuses on onboarding producer groups, strengthening product readiness, and driving B2B and B2C sales through the Earthikaa platform while ensuring measurable income enhancement for community institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Producer Onboarding & Ecosystem Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage SHGs, Cooperatives, and FPOs engaged in handicrafts, food products, textiles, natural and lifestyle products
- Build strong relationships with producer institutions across the South Region
- Assess producer capacity and readiness for market integration
Product Readiness & Market Enablement
● Work closely with producer groups to improve:
- Product quality and consistency
- Packaging, branding, and pricing
- Catalog and listing readiness for digital and offline channels
● Support standardization aligned with Earthikaa’s brand guidelines
Market Linkages & Sales Promotion
● Drive regional B2B and B2C sales through:
- Corporate and institutional buyers
- Retail chains and distribution partners
- Exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer–seller meets
● Coordinate and execute regional marketing campaigns (digital and on-ground)
Partnership Development
● Build and manage partnerships with:
- Corporates and CSR teams
- Retail and institutional buyers
- E-commerce and marketplace platforms
● Represent Earthikaa in regional livelihood forums, CSR platforms, and industry events
Demand Aggregation & Order Fulfilment
- Support demand aggregation and order planning
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and supply teams to ensure timely fulfilmen
- Resolve bottlenecks related to supply, quality, or timelines
Monitoring, Reporting & Impact Tracking
● Track and analyze:
- Sales performance and revenue
- Producer participation and engagement
- Income enhancement and livelihood outcomes
● Maintain MIS, dashboards, and reports for internal reviews and CSR partners
Desired Profile
Experience
● 5–7 years of experience in:
- Livelihoods and enterprise development
- Social enterprise or impact-led market systems
- Agri, handicraft, textile, or natural product value chains
● Strong exposure to South Indian SHG, Cooperative, and FPO ecosystems
● Proven experience in market linkage, sales promotion, or enterprise marketing
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Rural Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Agriculture, or related fields
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA – Rural Management / MSW / Development Studies)
