Centre Manager

Job Title: Centre Manager 

Employer: Dalmia Bharat Foundation (DBF) 

Locations: Ninaidevi- Maharashtra

Pay: 30-35K

Experience: 3 years skill development sector experience is mandatory

 Responsibilities & Duties 

1. Support the Regional Head in development of business plan for Skills Initiatives in the region.

2. Manage overall centre operations including mobilization, training quality, assessment, placement,  documentation, reporting and smooth operation of a training centre.

3. Student enrollment for 100% capacity utilization of the centre.

4. Nurture long term relationships with the government organizations and other funding agencies.

5. Market development for retailing Skills Training at the district and block level.

6. Create awareness of the skills Program to target beneficiaries.

7. Keep abreast of the competitors’ business strategies and make appropriate changes in the business  plan.

8. Structure the skills program starting from Community engagement – academics & operations - training- quality and assessment – certification – industry partnerships– post placement tracking &  feedback.

9. Have regular feedback about the skill profile and performance of trainees from the Trainers and  take corrective measures (if any) in forthcoming counseling sessions.

10. Manage the allocated funds and resources to ensure maximum profitability for skills business. 11. Conduct technical evaluation of progress towards milestones and deliverables in Skills initiatives  undertaken at the centre.

12. Ensure targets, in terms of number & revenue, are met at centre level.

13. Capacity building of the skills team at the centre level.

14. Any other work as and when assigned by the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate-Profile: 

◼ Professional qualification MSW or Graduate/post graduate in related fields

◼ Minimum 2 years of work experience in rural development sector or working with NGOs in  various development schemes, preferably skills development programme.

◼ Language Proficient: Hindi, English and Local language
