Job Title: Finance Officer (Finance, Banking and Credit)

Location: Jharkhand

Experience: 5–7 years

Education: MBA Finance / M.Com

Salary Range: ₹25000 per month CTC (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

The Finance Officer will facilitate credit linkage, banking coordination, and financial planning for SHGs and MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
• Assist in loan documentation and financial projections
• Conduct financial literacy sessions
• Track repayments and compliance

Skills & Competencies:

• Banking & credit knowledge
• Financial analysis
• Documentation skills
• MS Excel proficiency
